This Privacy Policy explains how Qderma Nordic ApS ("we", "us", "our") collects, processes and protects your personal data when you visit our website qderma. dk and shop in our webshop. We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act

We do not collect sensitive personal data (special categories) about you.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

a) Completion of purchase and delivery To process your order, complete payment, deliver products and provide customer service. Legal basis: Performance of a contract, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(b).

b) Bookkeeping and accounting To comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act’s requirements for retention of accounting records. Legal basis: Legal obligation, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)©.

c) Marketing — newsletter and offers If you sign up for our newsletter or provide your contact details, we process your email and phone number to send you news, offers and marketing about our products via email, SMS and similar channels. Legal basis: Your consent, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and Section 10 of the Danish Marketing Practices Act.

d) Marketing to existing customers If you have purchased a product from us, we may contact you with marketing of similar products, unless you have opted out. Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in marketing our own similar products, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and Section 10(2) of the Danish Marketing Practices Act.

e) Website improvement and statistics To analyse the use of the website and improve your experience. Legal basis: Your consent to cookies, cf. the Danish Cookie Order, and our legitimate interest, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

You may withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You can always unsubscribe from marketing by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us at info@qderma.dk.

f) Automated decision-making and profiling We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.
4. Recipients and Disclosure of Personal Data
We disclose or entrust your personal data to the following categories of recipients (data processors):

  • Payment provider: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — processes your payment securely. Stripe receives the information necessary to complete the transaction.
  • Website and hosting platform: Tilda (Tilda Publishing) — hosting and operation of the website.
  • Delivery partners: PostNord and/or GLS — receive name and delivery address to deliver your order.
  • Analytics and marketing tools: Google (Google Analytics), Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) — process information about your use of the website for statistics and marketing, subject to your cookie consent.
  • Email marketing provider: [To be added when a provider is connected — e.g. Mailchimp or MailerLite]

We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors to ensure that your personal data is processed responsibly and in accordance with GDPR.
5. Transfer to Third Countries
Some of our data processors (e.g. Google and Meta) may transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA, including the USA. Such transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or a valid transfer mechanism, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection for your personal data.
6. Retention Period
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy:

  • Order and accounting data: retained for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the data relates, cf. the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
  • Marketing data: retained until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from marketing.
  • Contact enquiries: retained for as long as necessary to respond to and handle your enquiry.

When personal data is no longer necessary, it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights regarding our processing of your personal data:

  • Right of access: You have the right to access the data we process about you.
  • Right to rectification: You have the right to have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Right to erasure: In certain cases, you have the right to have data about you deleted.
